Nomos Limes Concept
The silhouette of the watch has a continuous curvature. The glass, the bezels and the body merge smoothly, creating a harmonious shape similar to that of a stone washed onto the beach. A slight tapering to the underside of the watch accentuates its face.
The dial is inspired by the classic design of the “ Nomos Tangente” combining it with semantics of the transition from land to water. The upper level where the minutes are located has a warm tone, kind of like a sandy beach. If you step down to the hours you are standing in a shallow light blue water. Another step deeper you find the seconds embedded in a slightly darker blue.
